1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website velandre.com (hereinafter the “Site”), published by Maxime Silvestre (hereinafter “Velandre”, “we”), as well as all services, content, and features offered on it.

By accessing and using the Site, you (hereinafter the “User” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read these Terms and accept them fully and without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any User with Internet access. All costs associated with accessing the Site (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are exclusively borne by the User.

Velandre strives to keep the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be interrupted, particularly for maintenance, updates, technical failures, or force majeure, without Velandre being held liable and without any right to compensation.

Creating a customer account is not mandatory to place an order, but may be offered to facilitate your purchases.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. In the event of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us without delay at contact@velandre.com.

Velandre reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a violation of these Terms.

6. Products and Availability

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visuals illustrating the products are not contractually binding and may show slight differences from the actual product (colors, textures, on-screen appearance).

Product offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be informed and refunded the corresponding amount.

7. Prices

Product prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included). Velandre reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced based on the price applicable at the time the order is validated.

All elements comprising the Site (including, in particular, texts, photographs, illustrations, visuals, logos, trademarks, graphics, layout, structure, and code) are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Velandre or its partners.
