What it does
What it does
The Arden holds your arch in the position it loses when you're standing all day. A crossed band runs under the foot and locks the arch in place, so the load stops landing on the same worn spot with every step. The compression is graduated firmest at the heel, easing towards the toes and the knit is thin enough to sit under a sock inside a work shoe, breathable enough to keep on for twelve hours.
Put it on before you get out of bed and leave it on until you take your shoes off. That's the whole thing.

Nylon and spandex knit, dense enough to hold its tension and fine enough to disappear under a sock.
Washing. Cool machine wash at 30°C, or by hand. Air dry only — no tumble dryer, no radiator. Heat is what kills the elastic, and once the tension goes the arch support goes with it.
Day to day. Wash it every day or two if you're wearing it through a full shift. This is the main reason most people order two: one on, one in the wash.

Go by your UK shoe size.
S — 3 to 5
M — 5½ to 8
L — 8½ to 11
XL — 11 to 13
Between two sizes? Take the larger one. The compression should feel firm and even, not tight. If it leaves a mark after an hour or your toes feel cold, it's too small — that's the one thing worth checking on day one.
Wide feet or swelling by the evening? Size up. You'll be wearing this at the end of the day as well as the start.

Delivery is free, with no minimum spend.
We hold our stock in a UK warehouse. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and it leaves the same day most orders arrive in two to three working days with Royal Mail. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday.
Nothing crosses a border, so there's no customs charge and no three-week wait.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's dispatched.
Returns. Thirty days from delivery. If it's not doing anything for you, email us and we'll refund you you don't have to give a reason. If the size is wrong, we'll exchange it and cover the postage both ways.
An insole was never going to fix this
An insole sits under your foot and waits for your weight to land on it. It cushions. It doesn't hold anything in place. That's a different job to the one that needs doing here and it's why the ones in your cupboard didn't change much.
